Had my hair cut at the Aveda institute - $16 and I got a lovely head and shoulder oil massage and the girl (student) was very good and thorough and I'm very pleased with the cut. Might even splash out and get colour done there next time!

Met up with the gang for an amazing lunch to celebrate Lauren's birthday at Sushi Samba, a fabulous Asian Fusion restaurant downtown. We had many bottles of Champagne, and incredible dishes like crab/lobster/shrimp with crispy fried aubergine, saffron rice and creamed corn! SO good! Finished off the afternoon with 'Negra Mora' cocktails - yum!
Went back to the Belmont to change and met up at Gill's for drinks and peanut butter/choclate cupcakes (courtesy of yours truly), more champagne, then headed out to Landmark's, a bar/restaurant full of short men who thought they were more amazing than they were! Had bellinis and potato latkes and atlantic smoked salmon! Amazing!
Fantastic day - one to remember!
